The Front Desk Upselling Performance dashboard helps hotel teams monitor upselling results, track agent performance, and measure overall front desk upsell success.
The dashboard provides visibility into key upselling metrics, including total upsell revenue, conversion rates, average upsell value, agent commissions, and net revenue performance.
How to track hotel's FDU performance?
Go to Front Desk Upselling > Performance
You can select the month interval for the performance using the dropdown option above the performance stats.
The Total Upsell, Net Revenue, Upsell Conversion and Average Upsell metrics will be populated once upsells have been done using Front Desk Upselling within the selected month period.
Performance Metrics
Total Upsell
Displays the total upsell revenue generated through Front Desk Upselling for the selected month period before commissions are deducted.
Net Total Upsell
Displays the net upsell revenue after front desk agent commissions have been deducted.
Formula used:
Net Revenue = Total Upsell − Agent Commissions
This helps hotels quickly understand the actual net impact of their upselling activity without needing to manually calculate commission deductions.
Note:
The commission deducted refers to the front desk agent commission configured in Front Desk Upselling.
This does not represent Oaky platform fees or commissions.
Upsell Conversion
Displays the percentage of upsell opportunities successfully converted.
Average Upsell
Displays the average value per successful upsell transaction.
Underneath the monthly stats is the Agents Overview where you can see Commission, Goal, Progress and Status per agent. You can set a target or see the agent's upsells via the three dots on the right-hand side.
Commission can be tracked in either points or money and total or per item.
Progress is shown in the upsell revenue amount per agent.
Using the "Set team goal" button you can set a goal for the team which will also add an additional metric widget where the goal progress can be monitored.
Below is a demonstration of how to set a team goal:

The Performance dashboard can only be accessed by Managers (manager role).
Feature on the Performance page
Managers may review and edit the agents performance by selecting the agent name and click on 'Manage Balance'.
This will allow the managers to accordingly make adjustments to the agents commission.
Note: The adjusted value edited is based on the commission amount and not the upsell transaction amount.
