How to track hotel's FDU performance?

Go to Front Desk Upselling > Performance

  1. You can select the month interval for the performance using the dropdown option above the performance stats.

  2. The Total Upsell, Upsell Conversion and Average Upsell metrics will be populated once upsells have been done using Front Desk Upselling within the selected month period.

  3. Underneath the monthly stats is the Agents Overview where you can see Commission, Goal, Progress and Status per agent. You can set a target or see the agent's upsells via the three dots on the right-hand side.

    • Commission can be tracked in either points or money and total or per item.

    • Progress is shown in the upsell revenue amount per agent.

  4. Using the "Set team goal" button you can set a goal for the team which will also add an additional metric widget where the goal progress can be monitored.

The Performance dashboard can only be accessed by Managers (manager role).
