Making deal upselling easy (Quick Selling Points)

At Oaky we aim at facilitating the deal upsells as much as possible. Based on this we have tailored the Front Desk Upselling interface to the needs of the front desk agents. When setting up the feature for a deal, you can enter the Quick Selling Points for the agent to see when offering the deal to a guest:

Visual Selling Mode – Let Guests See the Upgrade

To make upselling even more natural, Oaky now supports Visual Selling Mode, allowing agents to flip the screen and show guests real images of rooms or experiences.

This guest-facing view hides internal information automatically, so only the essentials— photos and descriptions are visible.
