How is the Earned Commission Paid?

At the end of the week, Oaky sends a CSV export over email confirming the commission earnings. You can set the email recipient for this report on the Oaky dashboard under Hotel Settings > Email notifications. It’s important to note that it's the responsibility of the hotel itself to pay the commission to the agent. Oaky doesn't handle payments.
