How do you connect your Siteminder with Oaky?
You can connect your Siteminder with Oaky in a few minutes!
To connect Siteminder with Oaky, fill in >This< form with the below fields:
Property Name (Hotel name)
Contact Name (Contact person Hotel)
Email address (Email contact person Hotel)
Property Publisher name (Either your Property Management System (PMS) or The Channel Manager)
Application Name (Oaky)
Application Property code (code provided by Oaky = siteminder_xxxx)
❗IMPORTANT❗
Once activation is successful, and when your Oaky goes live, please remember to update the statuses of reservations (e.g. cancellations) both on your PMS and Siteminder. This action is not needed if they are on a 2-way sync.
