STEP 1: Upload your hotel logo in .jpg or .png

Let's start by configuring the styling of your Oaky. You can select a square image from your computer as a logo by clicking on ''Choose a file.'' Please note it is currently not yet possible to configure round, rectangle or transparent logos.

In order to display your logo in the correct sizes from a mobile and desktop perspective we require the following dimensions:

  • Minimal resolution: 128 x 128 pixels.

  • Maximum resolution: 512 x 512 pixels.

  • Maximum size: 2MB pixels. JPG or PNG.

  • Larger images will be resized to fit inside 300 x 300 resolution.

Note that if you receive an error message when uploading your logo, the dimensions you want to upload are most likely incorrect. Resizing or compressing your pictures might be a solution.

STEP 2: Upload your landing / background page photo

First impressions matter! What should be the first picture your guests should see when they click on that ''Personalise your stay''-button in the emails? The landing page photo should be a more general or emotionally exciting picture of your hotel or facility that is unique to your hotel, city and surroundings.

In order to display the general landing page photo in the correct sizes from a mobile and desktop perspective we require the following dimensions:

  • Minimal resolution: 1024 x 720 pixels.

  • Maximum resolution: 3840 x 2160 pixels.

  • Maximum size: 2MB. JPG or PNG.

  • Larger images will be resized to fit inside 1920 x 1200 pixels.

STEP 3: Setting up the landing page content

How would you like to address your guests? Maybe you find ''Dear'' to be too distant and prefer a more personalised tone of voice. Feel free to add a welcome message to the landing page here as well. Don't forget to translate your content to the languages you have activated.
