How to customize the emails? (Per email) Part 1

To find this section, you need to:

1. Click on "Customize your Emails"

2. Click on "Per email"

3. Go to "Settings".

The first thing you see on top is the emails that Oaky sends, either in green or red. If they are in green, it means they are activated, and if red, they are not. It can happen that some of them are in green and others in red, it is also fine, depending on the features you have included.

In here, you will see the list of versions for the Prearrival 1 email (and the same if you click on Prearrival 2 email) and below a pie chart that shows the number of guests emailed by different versions, and the total excluded guests* that did not receive an Oaky email.

Below the pie chart, you will find the days before arrival the email is sent. It is set to 12 days (Prearrival 1) and 3 days (Prearrival 2) by default, but you can always change this.

Then, the time this email is sent. Please be aware it is set on Amsterdam time zone, so make the necessary changes to adapt it to your time zone if necessary.

After that, you are able to choose the groups that you would like to exclude from receiving Oaky emails, if you don't want to exclude anybody, just leave it as it is :)
