How can I reset my password?

There are two ways to reset the password of your Oaky user:

1. After you have filled in the password wrong one time, the button "Forgot your password?" appears. By clicking on it, an email will be sent to the email address inbox.

  • Add note:

    • The password reset link validity is 3 hours from the time email was triggered.

    • It is recommended to click directly link from the same browser where the email was received rather than copying the link to a different browser. This is to act as a security prevention to avoid the link from being shared

    • The link can only be used once, when generated. Separate attempt to access will resulted in "invalid/expired link" error

The email will be titled "Reset your Oaky password" and should be sent from info@oakyapp.com:

2. Login with a different user, and then follow these steps:

(Note: Only user with manager/admin login can access to User Management page)

  • Go to Hotel Settings > User Management

  • Find the user that you want to reset the password for and click on the 3 dots on the right-hand side of the screen.

  • Select the button "Send Reset Password Email" and click on "Yes, reset".
