Weekly Availability feature

The Weekly Availability is now live in Services and Room upgrades section!

You can find this feature for Deals if you go to:

  1. Click on Customize your Web App.

  2. Click on "Services" / "Room upgrades"

You will find it in every deal next to the price (See picture below).

Why is this for?

This feature can be used if you don't want to show certain deals or upgrades for one or more days of the week. This means that the deal won't be booked the selected days.

For the room upgrades, it works a little bit different. Let's put an example: If a guest is going to stay from Friday to Monday, and you untick Saturday, the room upgrade won't be shown in the panel for this guest. This is because the guests need to have the possibility to upgrade for their whole stay, and not only for some of them.

How does it work?

You just need to untick the day(s) of the week the deal is not available.

If you click on "+", you can select the time slots the deal is available. It is possible to have multiple time slots the same day! - This is only possible for Services.

What is the "Available until"?

If you need some preparation before delivering the deal, then this feature is made for you! You can set how many days in advance the deal can be booked. From 3 to 0 days in advance, so if you need some extra hours, move the bar to 1 day before and don't rush!
โ€‹TIP: Please make sure you check your email sending period and available until setting to avoid a case where the guest gets an email and no deals are visible. E.g. if you set all the deals to Available until 3 days before check-in but your email is also set to 3 days before check-in, they will not be able to see the deals in Oaky.ย
