Before You Start
The Oaky<>Infor HMS 2-way integration must be active
The Infor HMS Upsell module must be enabled
Service (Add-On) Configuration in Infor HMS
⚠️ An add-on is only visible in Oaky if its status is Active in Infor HMS.
Required Configuration for Single Add-Ons
Set the following values:
Pricing control: Per room
Allow Override of Pricing Control: ✔ Enabled
Allow Override of Unit Price: ✔ Enabled
✔ These settings also apply to single add-ons used inside non-room bundles
Add-On Visibility & Resync
If newly created add-ons or bundles do not appear in Oaky:
Please log a ticket with Infor HMS Support to resync add-ons
Supported Pricing Types
Oaky only supports specific pricing configurations for single add-ons.
Unsupported (Unmappable) Pricing Types
The following charge unit and frequency combinations are not supported:

Non-Room Bundles
Non-room bundles (services, deals, products, packages without a room) are handled the same way as group packages.
⚠️ Important limitations:
Prices must match exactly in Infor HMS and Oaky
Prices are not exchanged between systems
All items in a bundle must use the same posting rhythm
If mapping issues occur, contact Oaky Support as backend resync may be required.
Room Upgrade Add-On Setup
A dedicated Oaky upgrade add-on is not required if Infor HMS already applies a predefined “UPGRADE” add-on during the upsell process
If no upgrade add-on exists, please contact Infor HMS Support for guidance on how to set it up.
Required Setting
Enable “Room Upsell” on the upgrade add-on so it is visible for mapping in Oaky
