In Opera Cloud, packages cannot be posted on a guest's check-out day because no billing window is available on guest’s departure day. As a result, any package added on the departure day will not appear on the final bill.
Opera Cloud does not offer a "Post on Departure Day" option. Instead, all packages and charges are posted on a "nightly" basis, as the system records revenues during the nightly audit, which aligns with financial and accounting processes.
Suggested Workaround: To ensure accurate billing, hotels can disable the date/time request for the service in Oaky, preventing guests from selecting their check-out date when requesting the deal. By default, this setting will post the package on the night of arrival.
